Actually, that’s how I usually work on most long-term projects. You don’t really get great output unless both sides work closely and treat the product seriously. And I completely understand your point. I know you’re trying to build this step by step and that right now you mainly need someone experienced enough to recognize the issues, and stabilize the platform.My point is that from experience, whenever the scope isn’t defined properly from the beginning, usually neither side ends up fully happy at the end of the contract.
