I have private dataset ( report +mammogram images)I want to fine tune medgemma 1.5 ( supports multi images input + text) so the model generates mammogram report in high accuracy in the endI tried doing that but I'm not satisfied with the results, so I think I need an expert to do itI have a computing unit in collab A100 ( less than 50 points tho)
